ABOUT ME
My name is Kristen Hook and I am one of three Health and Physical Educators at Wilson West Middle School.
I started my teaching career in 2003 teaching Elementary Physical Education. I love the enthusiasm and passion for movement that elementary kids show daily.

In 2012, I moved to the Middle School where the passion for movement is challenged daily simply by the nature of teenagers. My biggest challenge as a Middle School Health and Physical Education instructor is to make learning fun, even in those awkward years.
Empowering students to become responsible for their well-being and fulfillment of their personal and academic goals is my ultimate goal and making Health and PE lessons relevant is key.

Through positive encouragement, high expectations, and active participation, my ultimate goal is to make a difference. I love my job and I hope that all my students really understand my passion for teaching.
