EdPuzzle is a great site to track student learning using videos. You can upload your video and add questions throughout the video that the students need to answer before proceeding with the video.

Are you looking for a quick check for student understanding? Try PLICKERS. I print them on cardstock. Make sure you DO NOT laminate them since it causes a glare.
